Office / studio space
Oscar Clarke Design was responsible for all aspects of this phase of the overall project. The original management offices of the David Morgan department form the core of this phase which has provided 7 new studio spaces and a breakout space. Existing features were retained where possible and a palette of vibrant colours was used to give each office space it's own identity within the circulation space.

The Creative Quarter was the recipient of the British Council for Offices Regional Award in the Innovation and Project up to 1500 sq m categories in 2017.
