Office / studio space
Oscar Clarke Design was part of the design team for this refurbishment project. The conversion of fallow space above the Morgan Quarter in Cardiff's city centre has resulted in new office / studio space targetted at creative industries. The project involved infilling existing lightwells to create a new lift and stair core to access new office spaces, meeting rooms and a communal social hub. The focus has been on retaining the Victorian features of the existing buildings whilst providing bright, modern studio spaces.

The Creative Quarter was the recipient of the British Council for Offices Regional Award in the Innovation and Project up to 1500 sq m categories in 2017.
